- NEVER think of working out as a chore. You will FAIL if you do this.
- The first time is hard. The second time is hard. The third time will probably still be hard. You're not doing this because it's easy, you're doing this because you want to be BETTER. You don't give up. You keep going.
- Don't bother working out if you're going to erase a hard day's work with one monstrously unhealthy meal! You might have burned 400 calories running but that does NOT entitle you to reward yourself with a double cheeseburger.
- It could most likely always be worse. No matter the situation; it's probably going to get better. Sometimes the only thing to do is sleep it off. No shame in that.
- It's okay to feel pathetic. I feel sorry for myself sometimes but I've found that acknowledging this as something that will pass makes it hurt less and mean more in the long run. Because you'll never forget the times when you've been down and you'll be able to use them to get stronger.
Amazon-noun; a member of a legendary race of female warriors believed by the ancient Greeks to exist in Scythia (near the Black Sea in modern Russia) or elsewhere on the edge of the known world.
Rules
These are the rules that you should never forget. Amazons remember everything but they especially remember the rules.
